Ingredients 125g/4.4oz butter 3 eggs 125g/4.4oz sugar a pinch of salt 1 orange (zest and juice) 1tsp ginger 100g/3.5oz cranberries 250g/8.8oz flour 1 sachet (1tbsp) baking powder Preheat the oven at 180°C/ 356°F. Mix the ingredients together. Fill the mixture into your cupcakes (the mixture is just enough for a dozen) and put in the oven for 28 minutes. As an extra treat you can top them off with some icing. Time to chill out, relax and enjoy.Here’s a little some thing to kick start your weekend… The Ingredients 1 onion 1 clove of garlic 300g minced meat 1 tbsp flour 800g canned tomatoes 1 tbsp tomato purée 150g red kidney beans 1 tsp cayenne pepper salt and pepper Chop up the onion and garlic, fry them with the meat for a couple of minutes. Add the flour and stir, then the tomatoes, the purée, the kidney beans, the cayenne pepper and seasoning. Leave it to simmer for about 1 and a half hours. It’s ready to serve. Delicous!
