How does that sound? Intrigued? You’ve got to give it a go! Thanks to the delicious Danish Smoked Salt from oz. This is a winner! Not only is it very easy to make but while it was in the oven it filled the kitchen with a scrumptious smell…divine.
200g creme fraiche
1tsp Danish Smoked Salt from oz.
2tbsp olive oil
7g drie yeast
Prepare the dough and leave to rise for about 3/4 of an hour. Preheat the oven at 200°C. Steam the spinach and fry the bacon. For the spread add the Danish Smoked Salt and some pepper the creme fraiche. Slice the onion finely. Roll out the dough, put the spread on it, sprinkle the onion rings over it, then add the spinach and last but not least the bacon. Pop in the oven for 25 minutes. Voilà!
For serving we grated some parmesan over and it definitely got the thumbs up…
