Pear & Prosciutto Pizza

Anyone for pizza? A change form the usual tomato and mozzarella? Try this…

The Ingredients

350g spelt flour
7g dry yeast
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1.5 dl water
200g sour creme
1 sliced pear
150 g Prosciutto
1 onion
250g Taleggio (or any cheese you like)

Preheat your oven at 220°C. Make the dough and leave to rise. In the meantime prepare the spread and topping. When the dough is ready, roll out and lay it in your baking tray. Cover the base with the spread and add on a layer of onion rings,then the pear, the Prosciutto and on top of it all the Taleggio. Bake for 20 minutes.
