Hazelnut Stick Biscuit

There’s a snowstorm raging outside…

…I’m in the warmth enjoying some baking.

The Ingredients
100g butter
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
1tsp cinnamon
100g brown sugar
125g ground hazelnuts
150g flour
1 handful of dried apricots

Preheat the oven at 200°C. Mix the ingredients to a dough. Roll out the dough to a rectangular shape, it should be about 7mm thick. Then cut in into sticks and coat with egg yoke before baking for 10-15 minutes (mine got a bit dark with 15 minutes).

Make a cup of coffee and relax…
