Halloween is over and done with. Time to put the decorations to some other use…
4 dl milk
salt, pepper and nutmeg
1 bunch of chives
6 cherry tomatoes quartered
1/2 tsp salt
4-5 tbsp water
Preheat the oven at 235°C before you start.
chop up the butternut and the onions
Cook or steam the butternut. Fry the onion and bacon.
For the topping, whisk the eggs add the milk, the chopped chives and season.
Lay the dough in the quiche tray and prick it with a fork. Cover the base with the fried onions and bacon. Spoon the butternut over it, pour the topping over it all and add the tomatoes.
Bake for approximately 35 minutes.
